We are looking for a Admin & Receptionist to join our team at a leading real estate brokerage firm in Business Bay, Dubai.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing front desk operations and supporting the administrative functions of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist visitors and clients professionally
• Handle incoming phone calls and emails
• Maintain and organize documents and client records
• Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings
• Provide administrative support to the sales and operations team
Requirements:
• Previous experience in a real estate brokerage is preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and presentable
• Must be currently based in Dubai
