Multinational Corporation of communications and wireless products.

Looking for an experienced HR Partner and Customer Service (to support local sales team) to join a talented team.

The Role of Admin part:

Employee recruitment assistance, on-boarding and off-boarding management, contract renewal and internal position transfer management, etc.

Be responsible for work permit and visa of Dubai staff.

Daily staff attendance and all kinds of leave management.

Responsible for panel clinics, insurance and other relative works of compensation and benefits.

The Role of Customer Service part:

Documentation preparation regarding BOQs (Bill of Product Quantities) and input signed BOQs information into customer's system for approval.

Qualification:

Bachelor degree and above.
3+ years work experience.
Good English and communication skills.
