Job description
Help with designing tasks
Provide direct assistance to designers in doing site visits and site surveys.
Provide simple drawings with if necessary
Communicating and coordinating with suppliers and subcontractors to explain design or requirements from the designer if needed.
Getting quotations if needed
Direct contact with Clients
Booking and arranging meetings with clients, internal meetings, and supplier meetings
Gathering necessary information and requirements from the client
Updating clients about the status of the project and assisting them if needed
Getting the client’s approval on the 3D and other important drawings.
Provide Administrative Support
Answering phone calls, checking and replying to emails from both clients and suppliers
Archiving and saving important notes, important emails, approved drawings, and contracts.
Ensuring that the drawings preparation schedule is on track and no task is left behind
Preparing the design contract for a client and
Preparing the Design work timeline for clients and internal use. Recording important submission & approval dates.
Ensuring that we are getting the staged payment from the clients for Design work.
Weekly or monthly updating of the design work outstanding balance and reporting to Finance Manager.
Requirements
Problem solving skills
Friendly and positive attitude, pro-active
Calendar & Time management
Fluency in English, verbal and written
Strong organizational skills that reflect the ability to perform and prioritize
Ability to deal with confidential issues discreetly and sensitively with excellent attention to detail
Should have knowledge for AutoCAD
An Architect or any course related to Interior Designing
Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)
Must have at least 2years experience In Interior Fit out Company
