Admin Assistant - Dubai

Abdulla Al Awadi & Associates is seeking a motivated and professional Admin Assistant (Female – Filipino) to provide dedicated support to the Client Relations Department.
Responsibilities:
• Assist the Client Relations team with daily administrative and secretarial tasks
• Manage internal and external correspondence, including emails and phone calls
• Handle calendar management, scheduling appointments and meetings efficiently
• Prioritize tasks while demonstrating excellent time management skills
• Prepare reports, presentations, and official documents with accuracy
• Maintain filing, data entry, and proper record-keeping
• Ensure high levels of confidentiality and professionalism at all times
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in a similar administrative role
• Young, dynamic, and presentable professional
• Proficient in English (both communication and writing)
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Skilled in MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Willingness to work on-site in Dubai
