Key Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive administrative support across departments
• Manage daily communications, schedule meetings, and organize calendars
• Maintain electronic and paper filing systems, and prepare official documents
• Oversee office supply inventory and place timely replenishment orders
• Coordinate travel arrangements and expense reimbursements
• Assist in drafting and coordinating business documents
• Support company projects and internal/external events
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant administrative experience, preferably within the real estate sector
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot is preferred
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• Understanding of lease agreements and contract processes is a bonus
• Location Requirement: Must currently reside in Abu Dhabi
