Accounts Receivable Accountant Required in Dubai

The ideal candidate will be involved with preparing statements of accounts, bank reconciliations with receivable payments, following up customers payments, preparing aging reports, and monitoring all customers transactions/entries in the ERP system.

Responsibilities

Performing day-to-day accounting-related tasks like payments, vouchers, filing, and maintaining accounting database.
Ensure the accounting system/ERP system is up to date, ensure timely data entry of day-to-day transactions, and be able to generate and provide periodic reports from the system.
Preparation of statements for customers.
Following up customers payments and collection.
Coordinate with customer auditors from planning to completion of the audit to ensure their requirements are provided on a timely basis.
Preparation of Monthly Financial statements for receivable accounts
Prepare various management reports and other financial information as requested.
Preparing month-end Journal Entries, adjustments, and Accruals
Balance sheet reconciliation for various accounts related.
Ensuring preparation of bills receivables after invoices to debtors, conducting aging analysis with an aim to keep receivables under control and collection of payments, etc.
Banks entries & banks reconciliation.
Responsible for General Ledger management, Account receivables,
Any other tasks or reports requested by the management.

Qualifications

Hands-on Microsoft Dynamics NAV
Experience 4 years or more.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
Ability to interpret and analyze financial statements and periodicals
Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.)
