Accounts Payable Required in Dubai

The client is a leading organization in the Pharma sector and are looking at hiring an Accounts Payable Executive for Dubai location.

Overall responsibility will be focused at supporting Marketing teams as a finance point of contact in ensuring the brand activities run smoothly.

Reporting & Analysis

Raise PO’s against new activities and services in alignment with brand teams to ensure proper sales reporting

Communication with vendors to work on their invoices to be uploaded and paid on time

Ensure appropriate accounting on Month End and Quarter End

Preparing and reviewing relevant reports such as accruals for reconciliations.

Budget and tracking:

Can make use of internal systems to raise projects against agency services & report back to the brand teams

Assist with the budget cycle forecasting on all marketing matters

Systems:

Develop the comfort in working on systems like E-Market place, Lynx and SAP to ensure financial integrity and policy compliance through business partner training and embracing internal controls
