Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts cum Auditor with 2-3 years of UAE experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in accounting, auditing, financial reporting, and compliance with UAE regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle day-to-day accounting operations, including bookkeeping, reconciliations, and financial transactions.
• Prepare and maintain financial statements, balance sheets, profit & loss accounts, and cash flow statements.
• Conduct internal audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and UAE regulations.
• Review and verify invoices, payments, and expense reports.
• Assist in VAT filing, corporate tax compliance, and financial audits.
• Monitor and analyze financial data to identify discrepancies and suggest improvements.
• Coordinate with external auditors and provide necessary documentation.
• Ensure adherence to IFRS standards and UAE financial regulations.
• Maintain records and support ERP/accounting software usage.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of UAE experience in accounting and auditing.
• Proficiency in Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho and other ERPs.
• Knowledge of UAE VAT laws, IFRS, and audit procedures.
• Excellent skills in MS Excel and financial analysis.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and reporting skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience working in a CA firm or audit firm in the UAE.
• Certification such as CPA, ACCA, CMA is a plus (Not Mandatory).
• Familiarity with UAE corporate tax and compliance requirements.
