Accounting Manager Required in Dubai

The ideal candidate of Accounting Manager position will be responsible to below, but not limited to:

Responsibilities

1) Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting departments of the group including:

- month and end-year process,

- Accounts payable/receivable/bank statements/petty cash

- General ledger, payroll and utilities, treasury,

- Budgeting, cash forecasting, revenue and expenditure variance analysis,

- Capital assets reconciliations.

- Trust account statement reconciliations, Check runs.

- Fixed asset activity

- Debt activity

2) Monitor and analyses accounting data and produce periodic financial reports or statements for management as MIS report.

- Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles.

- Coordination with auditor and providing information in order to complete annual audit.

- Provide financial recommendation to top management.

- Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions.

- Assign projects and direct staff to ensure compliance and accuracy.

- Meet financial accounting objectives.

- Establish and maintain fiscal files and records to document transactions.

- Closing the accounts at the end of fiscal year.

- Control and manage on issuing of PI & CI and other sales & purchase document.

- Preparing & Filing VAT, Corporate Tax

- Preparing & Filing UBO, ESR & any other FTA instruction.

- Preparing analytical reports on bank facilities and mortgage loans.

- Presenting periodical MIS reports; financial statements including cash flow statement of the entire group.

3) Accounts finalization, audit compliance and liaison with external auditors

- Supervise inter-company reconciliation.

- Co-ordination with banks, updating KYC, FATCA, CRS and other bank forms for all day-to-day matters.

- Other tasks as required by the management.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree
5+ years' working in marketing/brand management
Excellent written and verbal communication, Excel.
Ability to manage multiple priorities
Knowledge of all Tally software
