Accounting Assistant Required in Dubai

1) Analyzing data collected and recording results
2) Analyzing audits of costs and preparing reports
3) Maintaining Cost Accounting System
4) Responsible for closing of monthly and year-end closing of accounting records.
5) Conducts physical inventories and monitors cycle count program
6) Reconciles finished goods inventories
7) Must have experience with financial software
8) Can process company payroll thorough by WPS system.
9) Ensures that sales policy is being maintained by branch. Monitors A/R Trade and Other Receivables (updates of branch sales, petty cash, follow up of collectibles and receivables)
10) Ensure accurate and timely pay checks and record-keeping of WPS compliance. Updates payroll records by entering changes in exemptions , adjustments, deductions, and job title and department/division transfers. Resolves payroll discrepancies by collecting and analysing information. Maintains employee confidence and protects payroll operations by keeping information confidential.

Qualification
1) Minimum of 2 solid years of Cost Accounting Experience with Quickbooks
2) Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting (attested)
3) Must have a strong Cost systems background and have excellent analytical skills; sound understanding of accounting principles.
4) Computer Literate – Strong Excel skills and the ability to use Outlook and Word
