Accountant Required in Dubai

We are in search of an Administrator/Accountant for a farming and industrial equipment trading company in JLT.

Background and Qualifications:

Bachelors’ Degree in Accountancy
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the U.A.E. with preference given to candidates experienced in industrial equipment and spare parts trading.
Proficient with Microsoft Office applications and online accounting software.
Fluent in English communication, both in written and spoken form.
Organized, willing to be trained and able to work with minimum supervision.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Responsible for the entire accounting and financial reporting cycle from issuance of invoices, liaising with suppliers, payroll, recording of operating expenses, up to closing of books of accounts and preparation of financial statements.
Liaising with external auditors for the annual statutory audit.
General administration tasks of a small office, such as liaising with banks on routine transactions, office maintenance and freezone matters.
Safekeeping of company documents and archives.
Other accounting and administrative tasks as may assigned by the Company.

Remuneration and Work Schedule:

Salary of AED 8,000.00 per month.
Annual Airticket to Home Country (Economy class)
Office Timings: Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 6:00pm
