Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Accountant to join our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the company's financial records, ensuring accuracy, and supporting the preparation of financial statements. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment. As an Accountant, you will collaborate with other departments to ensure financial accuracy and compliance.
Responsibilities:
Maintain and update financial records, including general ledgers, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies.
Assist with the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
Monitor cash flow and suggest improvements to financial processes.
Ensure compliance with accounting regulations and company policies.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate financial data.
Provide financial analysis and reports to senior management.
Participate in internal and external audits as required.
Stay updated with accounting best practices and industry trends.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
CPA certification or equivalent is preferred.
At least 3 years of professional accounting experience.
Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle).
Excellent skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
