Roles & Responsibilities:

Minimum of 3 years and maximum to 5 years. Overqualified applications will be discarded.
Prepares monthly or quarterly accounts assigned following standard operating procedures and good accounting practices.
Apply GAAP, IFRS to finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control.
Activities include the general ledger process related to month end close, entering journal entries, account reconciliations, master data (chart of accounts, cost center, profit center), fixed asset accounting and intercompany accounting.
Responsible for recording the expense, disbursements and accruals for the payroll area in the accounting books.
Complete other miscellaneous accounting functions
Prepare financial statements and cost accounting reports.
Verifying, allocating, posting and reconciling accounts payable and receivable
Hands-on experience with accounting software package – QuickBooks
Experience with VAT returns
Advanced MS Excel skills including Vlookup and Pivot table

Required Skills:

Fluency in English language
Flexibility in working with different nationalities.
Must have experience in UAE.
