Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Financial Controller.
Processing of supplier invoices and managing supplier relationships on an ongoing basis and dealing with any queries with costs and payments.
Collating all staff expenses and processing into D365 for payroll purposes
Processing Accounts Receivable (AR) invoices and sending to clients.
Ensuring that AR invoices are settled on time and following up on unpaid invoices with clients.
Reconciliation of bank statements on a weekly basis.
Collating information needed for statutory reporting on VAT and Audit.
Bank account management – printing statements and setting up payments.
Preparing and reviewing revenue journal entries to be recorded in D365.
Preparing monthly management reports and company annual budgets.
Weekly and Monthly Cash Flow Planning.

Requirements:

Accounting Degree and/or Certification
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a related position
Experience using Microsoft Dynamics 365 essential
Proficiency with MS Office; Microsoft excel - Intermediate Level
