Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Accountant. The Accountant is responsible for day-to-day financial transactions, record keeping, financial reporting, auditing, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. They will also be required to provide financial analysis and support for decision making, and work closely with other departments to ensure the smooth running of financial operations.

Qualifications

Knowledge of accounting principles and practices
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
Ability to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports
Experience in financial management and reporting
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
Ability to work independently and within a team
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
Knowledge of UAE VAT regulations and GAAP is preferred
Professional certification such as ACCA, ACA, or CMA is a plus
