Accountant Required in Dubai
We are seeking for a detail-oriented Accountant to join our support team. You will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing and analyzing financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards, and assisting in budgeting and forecasting activities. We're looking for someone not just knowledgeable in numbers but wise in their application, a candidate who can analyze beyond the figures, provide strategic insights, and contribute to the overall financial health of the organization.

Responsibilities:

Maintain and reconcile financial records, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations.
Offer strategic insights derived from financial analysis and trends.
Prepare financial statements, reports, and forecasts on a regular basis.
Assist in budgeting and financial planning processes.
Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Analyze financial data to identify discrepancies and resolve issues.
Participate in financial audits and support audit processes.
Collaborate with internal teams to support financial decisions and provide guidance on accounting matters.
Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the finance department.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Proven experience as an accountant or relevant role, a first experience in the Real Estate industry could be a plus.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, regulations, and practices.
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
