Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Head Accountant. The Accountant will be responsible for managing all accounting operations of the company, including billing, accounts payable/receivable, financial reporting, and budget preparation. They will also oversee the preparation of financial statements and tax returns, and ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations.

Qualifications

Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations
Expertise in financial reporting and tax preparation
Leadership and management skills
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in managing a team
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a relevant field
Certification in accounting such as CPA, CA or ACCA
Experience with accounting software such as Quickbooks, SAP, or Oracle
Experience in the Middle East market and knowledge of Arabic is a plus
