Accountant Required in Dubai

We are looking for a Finance Administrator - UAE National.

Responsibilities and Requirements:

Updating daily transaction records and assisting with payroll administration.
Managing accounts receivable and payable, as well as expenses.
Keeping records of invoices and tax payments, as well as reviewing and processing reimbursements
Resolving account discrepancies and performing account reconciliations
Creating and updating spreadsheets of daily transactions
To ensure the financial rules of the company that employs them are followed
Controls day to day incomes and expenditures
Daily opening cash balance updates for the ME region
Updating and monitoring cash forecast files for all regions on a daily basis
Manage funds within the region to ensure availability at all times
Week forecasting for Group Treasury on a monthly basis.
All of the above will require constant liaising with Group Treasury, Payroll & Credit control teams.
Provide assistance to the RFD and FC/FM as and when required.

What you will need

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a similar field.
Understanding the importance of cash flow for the region and working capital management.
Time management skills as cash forecasting is of prime importance, especially during month end.
Working knowledge of Excel
A minimum of 2 years experience as a financial administrator, or similar.
Advanced proficiency in accounting software, such as Zoho Books and FreshBooks.
In-depth knowledge of financial controls and accounting standards.
Extensive experience in financial reporting.
Exceptional attention to detail.
Superb organizational and time management abilities.
Great collaboration and communication skills.

This role is open to the UAE Nationals only as part of Emiratization program.
