Accountant Required in Dubai

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of proven experience in a finance and accounts position.
Must have at least 2 years of hands-on experience in using Tally ERP and Excel for accounting purposes.
Comprehensive knowledge of accounting laws and regulations in Dubai.
Ability to work with minimal supervision and effectively manage multiple processes simultaneously.
Excellent organizational skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
Proficient in using various finance, accounting, and reporting software tools.
Experience in utilizing project/task management software to track and manage workflows.
Strong ethical standards, honesty, and integrity.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
A degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities:

Perform accounts bookkeeping using ERP software, with a focus on accuracy and adherence to established financial standards.
Plan and execute budgeting activities to ensure effective allocation of resources and monitor expenditure.
Conduct regular audits of accounts to ensure compliance with financial regulations and identify any discrepancies or issues.
Manage cash flow planning and execution, including coordinating banking activities, fund raising, payable and receivable bank transfers, and tracking vendor payments and receivables.
Prepare accurate analytical reports for management, providing insights and recommendations to support decision-making processes.
Implement and maintain internal controls, including checkpoints and procedures to safeguard company assets and financial data.
Develop and execute standard operating procedures (SOPs) and process flows for the finance and accounts department, ensuring efficient and streamlined operations.
Collaborate with external auditors and provide necessary documentation and information for audits.
Stay updated with accounting laws and regulations in Dubai, ensuring compliance in all financial activities.
Utilize project/task management software to track and manage multiple tasks and workflows effectively.
Demonstrate honesty, integrity, and professionalism in handling challenging situations.
