Accountant Required in Dubai

Responsible for cash flow management; secure sufficient funds for the operations.

Keeping track of all payments and expenditures, including payroll, purchase orders, invoices, statements, etc.

Support the account payable function for on-time payments and collections.

Clarify any questionable invoice items, prices, or receiving signatures.

Maintain copies of vouchers, invoices, or correspondence necessary for files.

Book and record financial transactions (payables).

Reconciling processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances.

Paying employees by verifying expense reports and preparing paychecks

Preparing analyses of accounts and producing monthly reports

Ensure all financial & budgetary controls are in place for the division and the company.

Assemble the annual audit information for external/internal auditors.

Understand and adhere to financial regulations and legislation.

Comply and implement the local laws and client requirements related to QHSEMS aspects at the workplace, as per the bestowed authority and responsibility.

Carries out any additional tasks assigned (in line with qualifications and ability) by the line manager

Qualifications & Education

BSc/Ba in Accounting, Finance, or relevant field.

Experience

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Knowledge & Skills

Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.

Strong knowledge of financial reporting and excel skills.
