Key Responsibilities:

· Generating the company’s monthly financial reports using income and expenditure data. Managing income and Petty Cash handling.Following up payments and unpaid invoices.

· Keeping a check on the company’s finances based on financial status

· Reconciling the company’s bank statement and bookkeeping ledgers

· Maintain accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures

· Guide operations, admin & clerical staff by coordinating activities and answering questions related to accounts (Quotation, Billing, Invoicing and Booking Report)

· Initiating and managing financial and accounting software used by the company ( Zoho and QuickBooks )

· Coordinating with the Landlords for monthly reports.Tracking and paying utility bills.

· Documents financial transactions by entering account information. Substantiate financial transactions by auditing documents. Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.

· Secure financial information by completing database backups. Prepare payments by verifying documentation and requesting disbursements.

· Prepare special financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends. Maintain customer confidence and protect operations by keeping financial information confidential.

· Summarize current financial status by collecting information, preparing balance sheets, monthly profit and loss statements and other daily, monthly reports.

Requirements:

· Must have experience in QuickBooks and Holiday Homes.

· Able to join immediately.

· Can work under pressure with initiative.
