Accountant Required in Dubai

Key Role:

Ensuring day-to-day business transactions are recorded in the accounting system. Helps team leader with managing CRM software and issuing quotations and booking orders to clients.

Main Responsibilities:

Maintains CRM software data
Maintains product list and price list in the system
Day-to-day Invoicing for clients
Follow up with clients for payments
Bookkeeping - invoices, receipts, LPO, etc.
Maintaining and analysing receivables list
Maintains sales reports for customers and sales personnel
Updates projected cash flows
Protects the organisation’s value by keeping information confidential.
Accomplishes accounting and organisation mission by completing related results as needed.
Minor Responsibilities:

Any other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Analyzes and documents accounting procedures and controls related to assigned tasks.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required; ACCA preferred.
2+ years of accounting experience.
Strong financial analysis skills.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Good organisational and stress management skills.
Background of Accounting Software.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
