The Accountant cum Cashier will report to the Finance Manager.

Job Overview
Accountant cum Cashier responsibilities include collecting and entering data in the accounting system,cashering, and maintaining accurate records of valuable company information. Our ideal candidate should have essential data entry skills, like fast typing with an eye for detail, reconciling the physical inventory with the books of accounts, accuracy with cash management, and familiarity with spreadsheets and online marketplace platforms. Previous experience in recording and reconciling online sales data into the accounting system with be an advantage.
Ultimately, a successful Accountant cum cashier will be responsible for maintaining accurate, reconciled, up-to-date, and useable information in our systems.

Responsibilities and Duties
Stock reconciliation for different locations in the company.

• Entering online sales entries daily while ensuring the accuracy and completeness of data entered.
• Reconciling the physical inventory with the books of accounts.

• Reconciling the various online marketplace ledgers with the statements and settlement summaries on a periodic basis.
• Generate the item profitability analysis report and report to the management on variances found.
• Preparing and submitting the daily and periodic reports to the Finance Manager.
• Helping the accounts team on other assigned functions like cash, bank, purchase etc.
• Maintaining the records, invoices, and other documents in a systematic manner.

Specific Role:

Handling cash/closing cash counter/cash reconciliation.
Entries of tax invoices.
Booking company expenses Local purchase and Import purchase

Filing VAT related documents(import declaration and export)
Making daily sales report
Issuing Planet tax free tag
Making quotations/proforma invoices/delivery note
Receivables
Stock transfer/intercompany
Answering calls and queries
Sales support

Skills & Qualifications
