Magic Kartz, part of the growing M&M Holding Group, is seeking a skilled and experienced Accountant to manage the accounting functions across its group of companies in the UAE. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and contribute to the financial management of a multi-location entertainment and leisure business.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the full accounting cycle for all three group companies, including monthly and annual closing, and prepare consolidated reports.
• Ensure compliance with UAE VAT and Corporate Tax regulations, including accurate filings and proper documentation.
• Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations, ensuring timely follow-ups and reporting.
• Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and financial forecasting to support strategic management decisions.
• Coordinate with auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities for audits and compliance purposes.
• Maintain and update records in Zoho Books (mandatory), generating management reports.
• Provide financial analysis, cost control insights, and support for new business initiatives.
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of accounting experience in the UAE.
• Strong understanding of UAE accounting procedures, VAT, and corporate tax compliance.
• Proficiency in Zoho Books is essential.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional qualifications like CA/ACCA/CMA are preferred.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and reporting skills.
• Language Requirement: Must be able to speak Malayalam.
