Hiring Accountant
Experience: Minimum 2 Years (UAE Experience Required)
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate must have at least 2 years of accounting experience in the UAE, be proficient in Tally ERP 11, and have strong knowledge of UAE VAT regulations. You will be responsible for managing daily accounting operations, preparing financial reports, ensuring compliance with UAE tax laws, and supporting the company’s financial planning and analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and update financial records using Tally ERP 11.
• Prepare and file UAE VAT returns as per FTA regulations.
• Handle day-to-day accounting transactions (AP, AR, bank reconciliations, journal entries).
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Manage petty cash and expenses tracking.
• Assist with audits and liaise with external auditors.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting and tax regulations in the UAE.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
• Maintain accurate documentation and filing systems.
• Prepare and file UAE VAT returns as per FTA regulations.
• Prepare and file UAE Corporate Tax returns in compliance with current legislation.
• Assist with audits and liaise with external auditors.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting and tax regulations in the UAE.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of accounting experience in the UAE.
• Proficient in Tally ERP 11.
• Strong knowledge of UAE VAT laws and filing procedures.
• Proficient in MS Excel and other accounting software/tools.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred:
• Knowledge of payroll processing and WPS.
• Experience with internal audits and compliance checks.
