Hiring Accountant
Roles:
• Oversee and manage the general accounting functions, including, but not limited to: accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and taxes.
• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
• Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support business decisions.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards (e.g., GAAP, IFRS) and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate and assist with the annual audit process, including the preparation of audit schedules and responding to auditor requests.
• Develop, implement, and maintain accounting policies and procedures.
• Monitor and analyze department work to develop more efficient procedures and use of resources while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts and report variances.
• Review and reconcile complex account balances and resolve discrepancies.
• Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff, providing guidance and support for their professional development.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial data exchange.
• Participate in special projects and initiatives as assigned by the Finance Manager/Controller.

The Candidate should have:
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, or accounting
• Experience: no less than 5 years in the same field.
• Technical knowledge: financial analysis skills , possess strong Excel skills , detail-oriented , Financial reporting
• Managerial skills: highly organized , Teamwork and motivational skills
• Other skills: Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills , Effective communication skills.
• Should have residency in UAE
