Assist the Consultant / Manager/ in Internal Audit functions on location or off location as per the Audit function mentioned in the Audit Charter of each company.

The Mandate Would Generally Include

Assist in audit planning, risk assessment and materiality and documented audit procedures.
Evaluating the governance processes including ethics, especially the ‘tone at the top’ Performing an objective assessment of the adequacy and effectiveness of risk management and the internal control framework.
Aalyzing and evaluating business processes and associated controls, Identify instances of fraud, corruption, unethical behaviour and irregularities.
nsure each engagement is properly planned and executed. Identify discrepancies of financial statements provided by the company.
Make balanced assessments of all available and relevant facts and circumstances.
Establish working relationships with client personnel
Apply concepts of risk assessment.
Assist the Consultant / Manager / in conducting Agreed upon Procedure in Compliance functions.
Assist the Manager in updating the relevant documentation for the client as per signed mandates.
Conduct detailed research on new developments in the Economy and present the results at periodical intervals
Innovating new ideas for projects and proposing the same for internal assessment
Coordinate with the internal and external stakeholders
Show leadership for tasks
Assist the Manager and coordinate on IFRS implementation
Assist the Manager in implementing Indirect tax regulations and reviewing the Returns before filing with the regulators
Assist the Manager in developing tools for new regulations, thereby enhancing the understanding and target audience for development of client base for the Firm.
Assist in developing and presenting Webinars / Presentations to prospective clients.
