Coordinator to work across our American Curriculum Schools in Al Falah and Khalifa City.

Candidate Requirements:

• Applicants must hold a Bachelor of Education Degree, or a degree and PGCE.

• A Master’s Degree is desirable.

• Have American School experience, preferably in the UAE.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience.

The Candidate will:

 Offer professional leadership and management to secure high-quality teaching, the effective

use of resources, and improved standards of learning and achievement for all students

 Plan and coordinate the development and implementation of effective curriculum design

and instruction in collaboration with subject leaders and teachers; monitor the

implementation and evaluation of these objectives.

 Ensure that quality education programs take place in a safe, positive, and healthy learning

environment.

 Work closely with the principal to align assessments and procedures towards

meeting/exceeding national/international standards

 Work closely with the SEN Department to identify and assist students requiring additional

support

 Coordinate with the principal to set the structure, training and strategic plans to establish a

well-qualified and highly competent middle management team to take charge of the school

improvement journey.
