Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and creative 3D Designer to join our events team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and rendering compelling 3D visuals and environments for a variety of live events, exhibitions, product launches, brand activations, and immersive experiences. This role requires strong design skills, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of spatial design and event flow.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create high-quality 3D visualizations and renderings for event concepts, stage designs, and exhibition booths.
• Develop mood boards, design concepts, and sketches in collaboration with the creative and production teams.
• Translate client briefs and brand guidelines into engaging spatial designs.
• Work closely with production and technical teams to ensure designs are feasible and within budget.
• Prepare detailed drawings, floor plans, and 3D models using industry-standard software.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and pitch presentations.
• Make design revisions based on client feedback and internal review.
• Stay updated on design trends, materials, and technologies in the events industry.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in 3D Design, Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in event design or a similar role.
• Proficiency in 3D design software (e.g., 3ds Max, SketchUp, Cinema 4D, Blender).
• Experience with rendering engines (V-Ray, Corona, KeyShot, etc.).
• Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Ability to read and create technical drawings and floor plans.
• Excellent communication, time management, and collaboration skills.
• Portfolio showcasing relevant 3D event or spatial design work is required.
Preferred Skills:
• Knowledge of virtual and hybrid event design.
• Basic animation or motion graphics experience is a plus.
• Understanding of fabrication and materials used in event production.
