POSITION: Assistant Marketing Manager
SALARY: up to 7,000 AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

LOCATION: Al Ain, UAE
AVAILABILITY: Can join immediately (1-month max)
EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Permanent (Limited Contract)

CANDIDATE PROFILE:
Open to ARABIC candidates
Male/Female, 40 years old and below
Currently working/residing/willing to relocate in Al Ain

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
At least 2-3 years of work experience in a relevant role preferably in the retail industry
Knowledgeable in marketing strategies and techniques
Excellent oral and written skills in English

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Develop, implement & execute strategic marketing plans for an entire organization (or lines of business and brands within an organization) in order to attract potential customers and retain existing ones
Assist the Marketing Manager in planning and supervising marketing operations to achieve revenue targets.
Recommend creative and cost-effective promotional activities.
Maintain customer relationship programs and track customer satisfaction.
Assist in designing and developing marketing collaterals and promotional materials.
