REQUIRES EXPERIENCED HVAC TECHNICIANS AND SUPERVISOR - Dubai

JOB ROLE

1. Installation, Maintenance and Troubleshooting Knowledge about all kind of HVAC Equipment’s including DX and Chilled Water Systems.

2. Knowledge in Chilled Water Piping, Pressure Testing and Chemical Flushing.

3. Quantity Takeoff & Procurement of HVAC Materials.

4. Supervising the Erection of All Types Ducting for Air conditioning and Ventilation Systems with Accessories (Motorized Dampers, Volume Control Dampers ,Fire Dampers, Grills and Diffusers Etc.)

5. Measuring and ordering the required materials as per the approved drawing.

6. Supervising the Air balancing of the HVAC System.

7. Basic knowledge about the BMS Systems.

8. Providing Drawing and Information to Sub Contractors and Site Personnel.

9. Ensuring the quality & complying the works as per the drawing and specification.

10. Site Co-Ordination with other services.

11. Arranging Inspection of Installed Services for TAB of HVAC System.

12. Responsible to complete the project as per the time schedule.

13. Checking and Certifying Bills of Sub Contract

EMPLOYMENT TYPE - FULL TIME
SALARY - AED 2000-3000 /- per month based on experience

*Valid UAE driving license is mandatory
*Free Accommodation will be provided by the company
