We are looking for Dubai based Sales Coordinator with 1 - 2 years Experience for a new Petrochemical & Fertilizers trading company with office premises at DAFZA.

QUALIFICATION
1. Should be a graduate
2. 1 - 2 year office experience in sales Co-ordination
3. Language- English (Written and Spoken). Arabic and French is desirable but not mandatory.
4. Additional knowledge of finance and accounting will be an added advantage.
5. Good knowledge in Excel and MS word
6. Good communication skill

Main Duties.
1. LPO/ Proforma/ Invoices preparation
2. Prepare Export/Import documentation.
3. Communicate efficiently with suppliers and customers
4. Assisting sales team with all sales related matters
5. Prepare timely reports.
