Plant & Safety Supervisor - Dubai

Maintenance and running of the ammonia-based industrial refrigeration cooling plant. Preventive maintenance of the complete facility. Routine inspection of electrical equipment, AC equipment, Water treatment plant. Responsible for organizing service works daily reports, inspections, technical advice and preparing service schedules. Installs, maintains and repairs refrigerators and freezers, maintains records of repair and advises on/performs preventative maintenance. Installs and repairs appliances and equipment. Performs associated Facilities Services maintenance work as requested. Maintain and review HSSEQ management system including any new developments in standards and legislation Ensure site compliance with food safety and HSSEQ procedures at all times Manage HACCP system and be HACCP team leader Conduct Food Safety Inspections and ensure all HSSEQ, GMP standards and procedures are in compliance. Assist in internal audit program and keep a log of non-conformance Review and approve CAPAs and investigations.
