Looking for Accountant job ( UAE Experienced & immediate joining ) - Dubai

Dear Hiring Manager,

I am writing to have an opportunity for working as accountant. lam qualified and have working experience more than 6 years (4 years in UAE).| worked for almost all type of industries like General trading, services, education, manufacturing, retail. My prominent skills are as under,

1. Maintaining Day to day Accounting and Banking Activities with General Accounting, Book keeping, Pass accounting entries, Payments, Receipts and Journal entries.?


2. Establish and maintain cash controls and Bank Deposits?


3. Issue cheques for all accounts due.


4. Follow up with the receipts and payments on time & manage Aged Receivables


5. Ensure transactions are properly recorded and entered into the computerized accounting system


6. Maintain financial files and records


7. Prepare payroll and transfer the salary to the Employees.


8. Preparing purchase orders with Order Follow ups


9. Prepare correspondence letters and follow up with banks.


10. Preparation of Trial Balance, Profit and Loss Account and Balance Sheet.


11.Handling, Managing & Tallying Petty Cash.


12. Responsible for purchase orders by thorough checking.


13. Taking care of all the purchases and checking all the cash bills.


14. Managing the workers timing and over time along with each workers Record.


15. Maintaining Insurance, warranty and all the important files of the office.


16. Meeting and greeting clients and visitors to the office.


17. Supervising the work of office boy and assigning work for them, scheduled Cleaning & maintenance of office premises, cars and tools.


18. Handling incoming and outgoing calls, correspondence and filing.


19. Organizing business travel, itineraries.


20. Monitoring inventory, office stock and ordering supplies as necessary and recording in system.

21. Expert user of Excel and Microsoft office application. > Expert user of accounting software?s, Telly ERP9, Quick Books, Peachtree, Tradeeasy

My Qualification is B.COM, and expected Salary is AED 5000 -Negotiable
