ITEMIZED DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:
• configuration of routing and switching equipment;
• Speaking with customers via email and phone for initial requirement capture.
• securing network systems by establishing and enforcing policies, and defining and monitoring access;
• the support and administration of firewall environments in line with IT security policy;

• Evaluate, troubleshoot, test, and repair customer returned product to component level.
• Read schematic diagrams and follow test procedures.
• Perform solder repairs on through-hole and surface mount components.
• Test, repair and integration of items like, Mouse, Keyboards, Headsets, Speaker, and any IT accessories.
• Understand operational requirements and be able to identify and correct problems or inconsistencies.
• Support other departments within the Fulfillment Center as needed
• identifying customer requirements;
• communicating with clients and contractors;
• servicing and maintaining equipment;
• preparing product documentation, writing reports and giving presentations;

NEEDED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
• Ability to determine failure and troubleshoot of any IT Accessories, entertainment hardware and networking.
• Excellent troubleshooting and repair skills are a must, as well as the ability to work both independently and as part of a team unit.
• Ability to communicate defect and root cause information to costumer.
• Organizational skills, multitasking abilities, and attention to detail.
• Computer and basic network skills required including Windows, Excel, and Word.
• Become familiar with the RMA team and process.
• Ability to provide improvements and ideas within the RMA team
