AutoCAD Draughtsman – Architectural & Structural Detailing – Buildings - Dubai

URGENTLY REQUIRED: AutoCAD Draughtsman – Architectural & Structural Detailing – Buildings for a Leading Company in Dubai.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. AutoCAD Draughting of steel and timber framed, Pre-manufactured Modular Buildings.
2. Buildings to be designed efficiently using AutoCAD Software to meet local and international design standards. Buildings design range up to G+4 using Light Gauge Steel Profiles, hot rolled steel sections and timber.
3. Architectural plan detailing, sectional details, typical detailing, detailed shop drawing for manufacturing Pre-engineered modular buildings.
4. Co-ordinate and execute the list of jobs to be detailed in accordance with the Line Manager’s instruction.
5. Ensure that detailing meets the local criteria / regulations and AMB standard detailing.
6. Check designs and details before submitting to Line Manager.
7. Ensure that internal procedures are maintained and produce reports as required.
8. Contribute to improving designs and detailing.
9. Reporting to: Design Coordinator – Engineering Department
10. Subordinates: Clerks
11. Other Interactions: Other Draughtsman and Engineering Team



QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:
1. Diploma in Building Construction
2. Certified AutoCAD designer or Technical Design Draughtsman
3. Experience in the Building Industry particular to interiors, housing, villas and steel structure construction.
4. Efficient AutoCAD detailer with minimum 5 years in a similar role.
5. Competent with MS Office Software.
