Reliable and Experienced Draftsman and Have the knowledge in HVAC systems, Belt Conveyor and Industrial Fan products. A seasoned professional with 11 years of experience in designing and drafting of bulk material handling systems like Stacker and Reclaimer Machine parts, Belt Conveyors using AutoCAD & Solidworks. I am seeking a long-term position where I am afforded the opportunity to take a midsized team of hardworking individuals to new heights.

Job Description:


 Make Structural and Weldment drawings of Bent, Frame (Head Frame & Tail frame), Intermediate section, Hopper etc., using Solidworks and AutoCAD.
 Design of Steel Structure like, Conveyor Galleries, Trestle, platforms, Portal Frame, Tower Crane, Base plate, & anchor Bolt.
 Preparation of detailed manufacturing drawings and parts list for Stacker Reclaimer, Belt Conveyor parts, structures drawings etc
 Prepare layouts for Belt conveyor.
 Preparing General Assembly Drawings of Belt Conveyor, Stacker & Reclaimer for bulk transporting of materials like cement, gypsum, limestone, clay etc.,.
 Make foundation and drive outline drawings.
 Make drive structure for foundation.
 Develop new product design as per Client Requirement.
 Receiving the customer drawing for quotation and finalizing the quotation.
 Engineering Design changes and Modification of Components for specific Customer requirements.
 Preparing 3D components model from 2D drawing like Bents, Frames, Hopper, Intermediate sections etc.,
