At Wafii, sales drive our success. As a representative in our sales department, you will be responsible for winning over customers and meeting ambitious sales goals. From identifying potential leads to nurturing prospective customer relationships and closing deals, you’ll play an integral role in helping our service be successful.

We are seeking an individual with an authentic passion for the Wafii brand and what it is trying to accomplish. The ideal candidate will share our company values of honesty, transparency, and a commitment to customer satisfaction—and can broadcast these values to the world. Our typical workday is 9AM - 5PM and the role offers a competitive benefits package, including flexible scheduling and commission.

Objectives of this Role

Generate quality leads to expand our customer base
Meet or exceed sales goals and contribute to month-over-month growth
Position our company as the category and industry leader
Improve our time spent winning and closing sales

Daily and Monthly Responsibilities

Perform outreach to specified customer segments/territories
Generate new customer leads
Present and upsell company offerings to new customers
Provide a daily summary of calls and lead status
Prepare monthly and quarterly sales reports

Skills and Qualifications

Strong communication skills
Confidence and a knowledge of sales best practices
2-3+ years of experience in sales and maintaining client relationships

Preferred Qualifications

Having worked in sales to acquire F & B businesses is a plus
