JAGGAER, a global provider of industry leading cloud-based, modular suite of e-procurement, advanced sourcing, spend analytics, and supplier and materials management solutions, is looking for a successful professional to join our team as Sales Executive.
Key Responsibilities:
Achieve allocated revenue/Sales targets and targets for specific service offering and/or specific campaign(s).
Generate Leads and close them in a time bound manner for specific RFQs/Tenders/Reverse Auctions on a continuous basis.
Qualify and close suppliers in the assigned territories/accounts/leads.
Collaborate with other departments/functions within the organisation for lead generation and processing.
Ensure understanding of Jaggaer Solution’s products and services.
Liaise with all levels in the customer organization as required.
Collaborate with Supplier Engagement, Supplier Renewal and Finance functions to close new accounts and manage renewals.
Collaborate with Market Operations/Consulting function to ensure the promised service to the customer.
Ensure customer satisfaction and reference ability in all interactions.
Monitor the marketplace activity at all times.
Manage accurate and timely market information related to opportunities, competition, changing trends and feed them back to the SR Manager
Help build a positive brand identity for Jaggaer Solution and further its reputation by reinforcing key messages and success stories.
Upgrade skills and knowledge on a continuous basis.
Your current skill set will include:
Fluent written and verbal Arabic and English is essential, additional language/s are an advantage.
Solid and stable experience in Sales / customer service.
Analytical, quantitative and problem-solving aptitude is essential.
A self-starter who is able to work independently.
Ability to work under pressure and meet multiple deadlines.
Highly numerate with degree from top tier University.
Previous experience or knowledge in eSourcing / procurement within either the public and/or private sector is advantageous.
