UAE Experienced Estimation & procurement Engineer for HVAC & MEP works - Dubai

I am looking for Estimation & Procurement Engineer for MEP works. I having an experience for the same field of 2 years in Emirates. I am highly skilled in HVAC such as Installation & maintenance of Central Air conditioning, Dehumidification, Air filtration, Air balancing, maintenance of chilled water & domestic water pumps. I am specialized in Installation & maintenance of Electrical switchgear components such as Distribution Boards, Main Distribution Boards, Sub Main Distribution boards, Control panels & their accessories such as MCCB, ELCB, MCB, Isolators etc. I had an ability to coordinate for the execution of civil works which would be considered as a part of scope in MEP.

Current job description:
 Receiving the enquiries from the client
 Visiting & inspecting the condition for the project estimation
 Justifying the materials list for preparing the estimation
 Examining & estimating the value of the projects
 Submitting the offers to the client on time.
 Following up with the client for tender opening date
 Meeting the client with project plan and obtaining the feedback from them
 Explaining & handing over the project to the Engineer.
 Getting the quotations for the materials to initiate the project
 Negotiating the price for the materials
 Procuring the required materials for executing the project
 Utilizing the subcontractor’s contribution whenever required
 Inspecting the until the completion of the project

Drawing preparation : Autocad (Versions: 2012, 2013, 2014)
Operating system : Windows xp, Windows vista, Windows 7, Windows 8, Linux
Office suite : MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Project management : Microsoft Project
