Require a male or female Maintenance Manager for a reputed MEP company which is part of a large group of companies which provides a secure work environment. This job being managerial in nature needs a person who is sound technically in HVAC and related mechanical fields and who has managed teams for 200 plus people. He or she should be deft in managing contracts and fully familiar how to manage documents in a corporate environment. Experience of 10 years or more is desirable, a degree in engineering or management is desired. Should have worked in companies who deal with government and corporates. Exposure of modern business practices is also desirable, and Arabic fluency will be an advantage. Salary is not a constraint for the right candidate.
