QUANTITY SURVEYOR - Dubai

URGENTLY REQUIRED: Quantity Surveyor for a Leading Company in Dubai.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. Quantity Surveyors with experience in landscape implementation who are able to prepare quotations, bills of quantities, contracts and shop drawings from an autocad masterplan or a sketchup model.
2. The candidates must therefore have a strong engineering background with experience in the related fields of expertise and basic knowledge of procurement rates and specifications of mep, irrigation and civil and architectural items and proficient skills in autocad and / or sketchup in order to be able to read, understand and translate landscape drawings.
3. In order to fulfill the above you will need to have strong management, communication and reporting skills and a pro-active, dedicated and driven attitude that drive your ambition to achieve the highest standards for the best possible end product.
