Property manager - Dubai

Property manager required for a new short term rental company in Dubai.
Candidates should have a UAE license and their own car. The person is required to manage all aspects of the business, from the laundry, inventory etc and ensure that the properties are featured on the various websites to maximise rental yields. Duties include keeping up to date with prices and managing the calenders, all communication with guests wanting to rent the properties and the owners to take on new listings and grow the business. Excellent communication skills are required plus a willingness to work flexible hours. The candidate must have UAE property experience and be familiar with the working of sites such as booking.com.
