Job Description: Shall be able to handle 400kV cable projects various phases- Engineering, Project Execution and over all Testing & Commissioning stages. 2. Should have sufficient Experience and knowledge in installation of 400kV & 132 kV cable, 400kV, 132 kV cable jointing/termination/cable sealing ends, OHL down lead to stealing end inter connection. 3. Should have general knowledge and experience in Ampacity calculation, Ventilation requirements and condition monitoring of the cable system. 4. Shall be aware of HSE and best practices/standard practices. 5. Shall be aware of international standards such as IEC, CIGRE etc and best practices related to cable projects. 6. Should have knowledge in interfaces between the cable and other substation Electrical equipment’s. 7. To work as a Lead Engineer with full responsibility for the management of 400kV Cable Turnkey Project (Execution and commissioning phases) under the overall guidance from the client 8. Shall control consultant & contract personnel for the smooth and appropriate functional drive for overall project execution within the prescribed time schedule to achieve project milestones. 9. Shall convey the right information and direction to avoid confusion and should be able to sort out project related issues and bottleneck and independently resolve all in minimum time. 10. Shall be able to with stand high pressure needs to complete project requirement for client within the stipulated time. 11. Shall have reporting ability and capacity to advise with appropriate solutions to speed up the project and drive himself to go ahead to achieve all milestone within time. 12. To ensure non-disclosure of confidential information to anyone within or outside the Authority during or after employment with the client. 13. To follow and adhere to the OH & S Management System Manual as per client safety standards. 14. To perform any other tasks as assigned by the reporting manager. 15 400KV CABLE
