PROJECT MANAGER-LANDSCAPING - Abu Dhabi

URGENTLY REQUIRED: Project Manager, Landscaping for a Leading Company in Al Ain.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. Responsible for ensuring outdoor areas look their best.
2. Coordinate all aspects of landscaping projects, overseeing them from conception to completion.
3. To discuss designs with potential clients and determine an estimated cost, as well as oversee all landscapers and other professionals working on the project.
4. Must guide landscapers efficiently and make sure the project stays on time and budget.
5. Work in an office setting on tasks such as producing drawings of finalized projects, maintaining project records and communicating with clients.
6. Work outside, mostly in gardens, yards and public areas with landscaping.
7. Knowledgeable of different types of plants and soils, as well as irrigation systems and proper pest control.

QUALIFICATION:
Post Secondary Degree in Horticulture and experience. Basic landscaping software with the knowledge of local laws and guidelines pertaining to planting, landscaping and design and good communication and management skills, also need to work well in a team setting, as well as on their own with minimal supervision.
