Qualification- BE/BTECH Civil / Electrical / Mechanical, 5-12 yrs experience in construction/contracting industry only. Area of Expertise- Agreeing project objectives. Representing the clients or organizations interests. Providing advice on the management of projects. Organizing the various professional people working on a project. Carrying out risk assessment. Making sure that all the aims of the project are met. Making sure the quality standards are met. Prepares and distributes a description and timeline of the project. Recruiting specialists and sub-contractors. Monitoring sub-contractors to ensure guidelines are maintained. Overseeing the accounting, costing and billing. Prepares status reports and regularly monitors budgets, contractors and schedules. Keeps an accurate record and electronic data base of all elements of the projects.
