Project Manager - Civil (Indian) - Dubai

We are looking for a reliable Construction Project Manager for a Company based in Dubai.

Responsibilities
• Oversee and direct construction projects from end to end
• Review the project schedule, deliverables and estimate costs
• Oversee all onsite and offsite compliance with building and safety regulations
• Select tools, materials and equipment and track inventory
• Meet contractual conditions of performance
• Review the work progress on daily basis
• Prepare internal and external reports
• Negotiate terms of agreements, draft contracts and obtain permits and licenses
• Analyze, manage and mitigate risks
• Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques

Education: B.E
Experience: More than 5 Years in G+5 Commercial Building
Salary: AED 8,000 - 10,000
Must have UAE Drivers License
