Project Manager - Dubai

An award winning Interior Design Company specialized in Design and execution of Luxury Commercial, Retail, F&B, Residential developments is looking for an experienced Project Manager for their projects in Dubai.

Requirements:

- Must have Bachelor degree in Interior Design, Architecture or Civil Engineering
- A minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in, Luxury Retail, F&B, Commercial, hospitality and residential projects
- MUST BE CARRYING A PORTFOLIO OF SUCCESSFULLY COMPLETED PROJECTS IN DUBAI’s PRIME LOCATIONS
- Ability to communicate effectively in presentations and in writing
- Ability to develop and complete projects without continued direct supervision
- Proven ability to prioritize in order to meet deadlines and provide high quality service to clients.
- Ability to interact with senior management, external client organizations and vendors
- Ability to use AutoCAD and exceptional graphic presentation
- Strong Organizational skills
- Ability to work well under pressure, juggle and prioritize multiple projects and adjust work accordingly, often against tight deadlines
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- UAE driving license is MUST
