Engineering company based in Sharjah hiring an “Office-Accounts Assistant”

Role will include: –
General administrative duties such as filing, answering the telephone, maintaining office supplies, and assisting with customs documentation –
HR functions such as updating employee records and timely follow-up with labor and immigration processes –
Accounting functions such as updating Tally records, generating financial reports to advise Management and auditors, updating Purchase Orders in the system, tracking supplier invoices, and liaising with vendors
