Machine Operator - Abu Dhabi

Emirates Juice Factory L.L.C. is a new established Factory for Juice & Dairy production in UAE/ Abu Dhabi.

The Candidacy need to have experiance working as a Machine Operator / Filling Machine for Juice & Milk Production
Duties and Responsibilities
1. Perform highly diversified duties to maintain production machines and the plant facility’s equipment.
2. Keeps equipment operating by following operating instructions;
3. Perform simple machinist duties and responsibilities.
4. Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas.
5. Set up machines (calibration, cleaning etc.) to start a production cycle;
6. Control and adjust machine settings (e.g. speed)
7. Feed raw material or parts to semi-automated machines;
8. Inspect parts with precision and measuring tools;
9. Test operation of machines periodically;
10. Fix issues that might occur during the shift;
11. Check output to spot any machine-related mistakes or flaws;
12. Keep records of approved and defective units or final products;
13. Maintain activity logs;
14. Ability to work flexible shifts and to adapt to changing work schedules.
Job Description Candidate should have at least 2-5 years proven professional experience as a machine operator.
Working knowledge of diverse high-speed machinery and measurement tools (caliper, micrometer etc.)
Understanding of production procedures;
Adherence to health and safety regulations (e.g. constant use of protective gear);
Ability to read blueprints, schematics and manuals;
Analytical skills;
Attention to detail;
Teamwork and communication skills.
